A Note From Our Owner

Opening an upscale jewelry store that specializes in buying estate jewelry, selling engagement rings, as well as gold jewelry and Rolex pawn shop  in the middle of a recession is probably a little nonsensical, but we did. I started with a small budget, little inventory, and my only “employee” (my sweet wife) had zero retail experience. I had never been so afraid in my life.

The RK & Co. Story

I still remember the day – it was September 10, 2010. My wife and I had set a date, and come heaven or high water, RK & Co. Jewelers was going to open. We turned the lights on at 10:00 a.m. sharp, while most of the jewelry cases sat empty. About 15 minutes later, we looked up to see somebody walk through the door, our first customer. His name was Scott E. and he needed a ring sized. We didn’t have a professional jeweler employed yet, but I promised I’d take care of him as soon as I could. After taking a glance at our jewelry store, he asked how long we had been in business. “About 15 minutes,” I replied.

Years later, we’re now proud to call ourselves one of the best jewelry (buying and selling) and repair stores in Georgia. Along the way, we’ve had the privilege of taking care of many “Scott Es” who have put their complete trust in our jewelry business. These same people have supported our RK & Co. Jewelers time and again, referring countless friends and family members to us for their jewelry needs, whether they be selling engagement ring jewelry or getting a pawn loan on their Rolex . Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. It is because of you, that our jewelry business has continued to grow and thrive. We have loved taking care of our clients from Alpharetta, Cumming, Johns creek, Suwanee and the surrounding areas. We feel eternally grateful and humble.
