Store Policies

Payment. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We do not accept checks.

Exchanges & Refunds. No returns. Exchanges only, with a receipt, within 15 days of purchase. Special orders, custom-made jewelry, altered items, estate pieces, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Layaway. We offer a six-month layaway plan on any item. A 25% deposit of the total purchase price, including tax, is required up front, with payments made once a month thereafter. Alterations and adjustments such as ring sizing are completed the week prior to payoff. Expired or cancelled layaways receive in-store credit for monies paid within one year of the original layaway date; after one year, all monies paid are forfeited. There are no refunds on layaway.

When selling jewelry to RK & Co. Jewelers, the seller represents that they are the legal owner of the item and have the right to sell it. All purchases are conducted in compliance with applicable Georgia state law.

Repair & Custom Work

A written estimate is provided before any repair work begins, and work will not proceed without customer authorization.

A $30 non-refundable estimate fee is required at the time a watch is taken in for repair. If you proceed with the repair, the $30 is applied toward the cost. No exceptions.

All custom jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable and requires payment in full before work begins.

RK & Co. Jewelers is not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed conditions, or loss of value resulting from necessary repair work. Customers will be notified of any additional issues discovered during repair before work proceeds.

Items left for repair must be claimed within 90 days of notification that the repair is complete. Items not claimed within 90 days may be considered abandoned in accordance with Georgia state law.

Collateral Loans

RK & Co. Luxury Lending is a licensed jewelry and Rolex pawn dealer in Forsyth County, Georgia. Pawn loans are for a period of 30 days with an interest rate not to exceed 25% per month. In Georgia, the maximum APR on a pawn loan is 187.5% per year. This is calculated by a 25% monthly interest rate (300% annually) for the first three months and 12.5% monthly (150% annually) thereafter. For example, on a loan for $200, the maximum finance charge would be $50 for the first 30 days.

Full loan terms are also disclosed at the time of the transaction and on our Luxury Lending page. Borrowers are encouraged to read all terms before entering into a loan agreement.

Limitation of Liability

RK & Co. Jewelers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any transaction conducted with us beyond the value of the transaction itself. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information on this site but do not guarantee it is free of errors.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from transactions with RK & Co. Jewelers shall be resolved in Forsyth County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
